2026 CAASPP Testing – Help Greene Stay a Distinguished School!

Dear Greene Community,

Next week, we begin our annual CAASPP (California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress) testing. All students will be tested in Math and English Language Arts (ELA), and our 8th-grade students will also complete the Science assessment.

Why These Tests Matter

CAASPP results are a critical measure of our school’s success. Thanks to our students' hard work and high participation rates last year, Greene Middle School was named a California Distinguished School. To maintain this honor and accurately reflect the excellence of our community, we need every student to give their best effort.

The Testing Schedule

Student Preparation Checklist

To ensure a smooth testing experience, please help your student arrive prepared each morning:

• Charge Up: Plug in Chromebooks every night. Students must bring their Chromebook and their charger to school every day.

• Rest & Refuel: Prioritize a consistent bedtime and a healthy breakfast to keep focus levels high.

• Be Punctual: Arriving on time is essential to avoid disrupting testing sessions.

Pack Early: Prepare backpacks the night before to reduce morning stress.
