05.26.22 - Greene Principal's Community Update

Dear Greene Families, I hope this message finds you doing well.  This message has some important information regarding upcoming student events.  Thank you in advance for taking a few moments to review the information.   This update contains some new information about the following topics:

  • Mandatory Annual Data Update (ADU) due Friday, May 27th
  • End of the Year Celebration - Tropical Tuesday, May 31st 
  • Important Dates to Remember

PAUSD student's Mandatory Annual Data Update (ADU) Reminder: Deadline to complete your PAUSD student's Mandatory Annual Data Update (ADU) is  Friday, May 27. To complete the ADU you will need to be logged into the ID Portal ( https://id.pausd.org). It is usually best to complete this process on a computer instead of a smartphone.  Please make sure that you are logged in using your parent account, not your child's account. ADU Detailed Instructions  Please note: students will not receive their 22-23 classroom assignments (grades 1 - 6), or course selections (grades 7 - 12) if the Annual Data Update is not complete.   If you do not have access to a computer, please  click here to make an appointment to complete the ADU on a district computer with district staff assistance. End of the Year Celebration - Tropical Tuesday, May 31st  Tropical Tuesday is around the corner!  Students are very excited about our end of year celebration.  Please talk with your children about safety on/in the play equipment.  Students should be dressed appropriately, and If planning to play with our water attractions, please bring a towel and change of clothes.  For safety reasons, students will not be allowed to play in inflatables or use the climbing wall if they are wet.   Lunch will be provided for all students on Tropical Tuesday!  Our menu features: BBQ chicken sandwich or hummus box, along with some sides: edamame (veggie), peach/orange (fruit), chips, chocolate pudding, and milk.  Students not wishing to pick up a free lunch, please plan on bringing your own lunch.  

We are still seeking parent volunteers!   Please reach out to Greene PTA if you are able to help us during our celebration.
